| Hi, I'm Robbie, I was born in Turriff in Scotland. I am a producer/songwriter and currently the music manager for "The Bank" in Brussels, Belgium. Check out our website at: www.thebank.be I used to be in 'The Kinky Beats' & 'The Dripping Lips' featuring ex 'Damned' guitarist Brian James, Alan Lee Shaw (ex- Maniacs), Paul Zahl (ex-Flaming Groovies). Other collaborators include Dave Tregunna (ex-Sham 69), Nico Mansy (Hugo Race & The True Spirit)and Garry Hughes (ex-Charles & Eddie). Principally, I had the good fortune to have had the legendary "Jimmy Miller" (Producer of Rolling Stones, Spencer Davis Group, Traffic, Motorhead and Primal Scream) as my mentor. Before his tragic untimely death, Jimmy's ultimate contributions to Rock'n'Roll were the production of my two projects; The Dripping Lips (Ready to crack) and unreleased Kinky Beats. I have also written several movie soundtrack scores, and have written/produced for several artists including Reggie Magloire (ex-Indeep/Technotronic). In my adopted hometown, Brussels, I've had the opportunity to work alongside some amazingly talented musicians incl. Arno, Sylvain Vanholme, Paul Despiegelaere, Paul Zahl, Thierry Plas and Chaos Curbs, etc... Together with punk legend "Alan Lee Shaw", we've recently completed production on our three bands 'Busty Duck', 'The Hush', 'Rafter' at MindLoop UK, Islington, London. In my capacity as co-producer/manager of 'Busty Duck' I recently travelled to Texas for the SxSW festival with the band. During a successful mini-tour, we shot a great DVD. The Busty boys are currently concentrating on a new album project for release later this year!
