Formed (well, acutally started DOING things) in the summer of 2005, Everett blends the influences of bands such as Between The Buried And Me, The Devil Wears Prada, August Burns Red, and As I Lay Dying to have a type of local scene that is different from the usual emo/screamo crap that is out there (not that there is anything wrong with their choices of music, it just gets annoying after a while). Combining the talents of 5 young gentlemen, Everett is chasing after our goal to change the way you look at music, in doing so, changing the face of hardcore/metalcore music (although some people might think we’re a joke).
