Originally formed by long time bastards Mike Rowden (Lloyd Dobbler, Disgruntle) and James Few II (Los Putos Del Norte, Disgruntle), The Provocative Whites, what was once the description a bold chardonnay, would now be the battle cry on the street for all those who love no-frills, fist-pumping, hard edged rock & roll (thanks James from tucsonscene.com). After the initial incarnation dissolved in the fall of 2004, the God of Rock rose from his throne to finish the alignment of the planets. Kane Flint (Xenosapien, Lloyd Dobbler) was enlisted to supply face-melting lead guitar and wonderfully thick facial hair. Tadj Roi (The Daring Few, Pretty As A Picture and pre Weight Watchers) was added on bass guitar, creating the raucous four piece the Provocative Whites are today. The riff-driven, melodic guitared, bass growling, lyric screaming, wild and heavy drums were woven together during loud nights, filled with passion, sweat, blood, beer and holy smoke for your ears and those of your fellow man and woman. |
