| I was born in Boulder Colorado but grew up in Sandpoint, ID - the most beautiful place on earth. After leaving Sandpoint, ID I went to college in Amherst, Massachusetts - what a change of pace! But I found my passion - health and fitness. After a short stint in Seattle, I moved to Louisville Ky where I MET MY Soul Mate, Damon. I am very close to my family - my parents, Jim and Ruth, still live in Sandpoint, my wonderful sister, Alana, lives in Denver and in marrying her soul mate in september, and my brother lives in Philly. I work for myself doing corporate wellness and for the University of Louisville running their wellness program. I have a wonderful family, and wonderful in-laws, and enjoy my life in Louisville, although I think we'll be making a move westward in the not too distant future
