| Through the years Tristan has gathered lyrics and melodies for this awaited peak into his thoughts. It is in these phrases that the listener is thrown between lifes hope and hate.
Even though the words are destructive and depressing at times, Tristan still maintains energizing drum intros and hooking baselines. In combining these two opposites an engaging song is born. Due to the long wait and work that lays as ground for the album, Tristan has managed to weld together different styles within rock, taking the best from each according to us. The albums songs each represent a different part of Tristan, giving us glimpses of his life. Tristans wish with this album is to shed some light on those who like he, have struggled with their demons. |
