| Blood on my Hand Add to My Profile | More VideosENGLISH :in 2004 Mel (Venus) started, Cheyenne Doll's project, after 10 years of experiment, among many groups of punk, rock'n'roll, blues followed by national tour. In 2000, release of album Zone Zen (national distribution) with a French independent label, and tour in all the country. In 2002, tour with Sound System reggae, in particular 1st part of Luciano to the Zenith (Paris). In 2003, Mel starts composition of the songs and lyrics to finalize two years later the tonality melancholic and aggressive characteristic of CHEYENNE DOLL . All the pieces are produced, writed and composed by Mel (Venus) In between 2005/2006, Mel went to Miami to join the Burning Spear's musiciens (Burning Band) to compose "The federal Monkey". It will be produce by Mel and Gilbert (Gillie) Spence and mix by Virgo (Burning Spear's sound engineer) projet in abeyance...cause in the same time Riverside Records are interested by the CHEYENNE DOLL's Accoustic Demo, they believe in Mel and ask her to come and meet Kenny Jones (Alchemy Studio :info@alchemy-studio.co.uk). kenny enjoyed the project and decided to record produce an mix with Mel "Chemical Way" (5 titles LP) Now, CHEYENNE DOLL look for international or european distribution before start the final production. To be continued...FRENCH :Mel (vénus) Commence le projet CHEYENNE DOLL en 2004, après 10 ans d'expérience parmis de nombreux groupes de punk, rockn roll, blues suivi de tournées nationales. En 2000, sortie d'un album avec la Zone Zen (distribution nationale) avec un label indépendant français, puis tournée dans tout le pays. En 2002, tournée avec un Sound System reggae, avec entre autre la 1ère partie de Luciano au Zénith.En 2003, Mel Compose l'écriture des textes et des morceaux pour finaliser deux ans plus tard la tonalité, mélancolique et agressive, caractéristique du CHEYENNE DOLL. Tous les morceaux sont produits, écrits et composés par Mel (Vénus).Parallèlement 2005/2006, Mel part pour Miami rejoindre les musiciens de Burning Spears (Burning Band) pour la composition d'un album : "The Federal Monkey" qui sera produit par Mel (Venus) et Gilbert (Gillie) Spence et dirigé aux manettes par Virgo (ingénieur du son Burning Spear) projet en cours...car la maquette acoustique du CHEYENNE DOLL intérêsse Riverside Records (Londre) qui fait confiance à Mel en l'invitant à rencontrer Kenny Jones (Alchemy Studio : info@alchemy-studio.co.uk) qui lui-même accroche sur le projet et décide d'enregistrer mixer et produire avec Mel le LP 5 titres "Chemical Way" (en écoute) L'album est en cours d'enregistrement, mais il faut maintenant trouver une distrib internationale ou européenne avant de lancer la production finale, donc à Bon Entendeur...
