Image Hosting I'm basicly a bodybuilding enthusiest. I'm a WNBF PRO WORLD CHAMPION! Kinda hard to believe when I was over 200lbs. most of my years comming up! Those days are behind me now, but please believe never forgotten. I love to train myself for competitions and others for their own personal goals, what ever they may be. My nutrition programs are very effective and my training plans intense, so when you work with me, your pretty much bustin some ass. So be ready!! I also teach posing, and choreagraph routines. A People person for me is an understatement. I often get called the mayor in local gyms due to the volume of peeps I run into and chat with everyday. I love spending my free time with my family, wifey Angela, first seed Geavonia aka "G" 16 and our most recent Naviah 3 aka Mima. I enjoy doing photo shoots and some ocassional modeling that's rapidly picking up.
