After working as a cabin crew supervisor for Ryanair, he first appeared on our TV screens in May 2001 in Big Brother series 2. He went on to win the series, being the first Gay winner of BB in the world, and receiving a still unbeaten 4.23 million votes.Since then has been voted the UK favourite BB housemate of all time. After winning Big Brother he went on to present SM:tv Live for the next 20months, becoming the first openly gay children's TV Presenter on UK TV. He has constantly been in demand ever since, presenting a variety of shows including his own series Brian's Boyfriends and until February of this year the ITV1 late night evening show The Mint.
