| Originally from the east coast (a little town called Newport, RI) and having lived in several cities (Boston, NYC, Atlanta, Santa Barbara and now LA, I think I can now consider myself a valid "Angeleno." LA is my home now. It is a great city...here you have the energy of NYC, but when you are not working, it's like taking a little mini-vacation. I am constantly discovering new venues and interesting little pieces of this city that truly supercede it's reputation to the world; and it's such an adventure discovering new places, new vibes, new people. Life's trials and tribulations have not been easy, but because of them I have learned self-acceptance, a true feeling of self love and independence which has finally given me peace, a thing that has alluded me in the past. I am currently a single mom blessed with a beautiful daughter and as time moves forward I continuously learn that love has no boundaries...she has taught me that. There is nothing I enjoy more than seeing her blue eyes sparkle with happiness and her smile just makes my day! Before her, I don't think I knew I had the capacity to love as I do now. God has a funny way of answering prayers...and recently I realized that God did answer my prayers and her name is "Alysia." (Which is Greek name and means "enchanting.") My personal interests include fashion, music, literature, art, interior design and architecture. I am very spiritual and passionate, and believe that a true art form is anything that has the capacity to evoke emotion and inspire people to escape the dullness of their day to day lives and explore in their minds the true depth of their own humanity, sensuality, compassion, and spirit.

Music:I like pretty much everything: hip-hop, jazz, rock, alternative, rap, classical, country...albeit I pretty much listen to what's most popular. I've been to alot of live shows and I prefer stuff that I can dance to. BUT even though you can't really "dance" to U2..I have to say nothing beats them. |
