As a member of MoB-N-HumoR Entertainment’s popular group the Original Fantasy Boiz, C-Moff is making a huge mark on the bay area’s hip hop scene. C-Moff music gives mainstream America a clever introduction to the Bay Area’s growing “Hyphy” movement. His lyrics are quick and his sound is signature. “Its all me” C-Moff says of his musical style. “I’ve taken a lot of time perfecting my style; its authentic” C-Moff words are not only authentic but realistic “We rap about our lives and what we do, I don’t rap about standing on top of cars because I don’t do that; I look at life for what it is and then write about it” C-Moff sound is a fine mix of hip hop and hyphy with a hint of a sound he calls “Trunk Music”. Trunk Music is a creation of C-Moff that he describes as a mix of “heavy bass, and tight beats; music for your trunk”. Born and raised in Oakland Ca, a city notorious for breeding renowned hip hop artists, C-Moff found himself influenced by his regions unique style. His latest track “No Trunk Space” from his eagerly anticipated album “Trunk Music” is full of skill full rhymes over tight beats that’s best described as “music for your trunk”. “No Trunk Space”, written and composed by C-Moff himself, is equipped with a beat crafted by one of the bay’s most genius beat creators, BackRoomBeats and is one of two tracks on a promotional album distributed by BackRoomBeats. C-Moff promotional album ironically titled “The Floater” has been floating throughout the Bay Areas hip hop scene and has managed to drift into the ears of the hip hop community outside of California. In July 2006, only months after his promotional album was released, C-Moff was sought out to perform at the 2007 All Star Weekend in Las Vegas, NV. As C-Moff prepares for the release of his album and his debut performance success is beginning to seem unavoidable. As he completes his first solo project he continues to write and produce music with his group OFBZ, Original Fantasy Boyz,. OFBZ, formed in 2001 by Broadway C Moff, Cell Mac, XO, and KP NewSkool has a slightly different sound than C-Moff ‘Trunk Music”. OFBZ’s style is most often compared to what C-Moff calls “Mob Music”; hip hop music with heavier bass and hardcore lyrics.” OFBZ is currently completing their debut album, which will be released in the latter part of 2007 by MoB-N-HumoR Entertainment. As C-Moff anticipates the release of his debut album, an album destined for success, he stays true to his goals of creating a music conglomerate. “I want the usual; a big house, family security and a record label. I also want my own Public Relations Firm and a Production Company”. “Trunk Music” produced by some of the Bay’s most genius musicians is destined to take mainstream America by storm and permanently put the bay area and MoB-N-HumoR Entertainment on the map not only in the rap game, but mainstream music as well. C-Moff upcoming album is filled with track after track of lyrical agility, fresh beats, and authenticity. Track 1 from the EP “The Floater” dubbed “Ooh Aah” featuring Cell Mac of OFBZ, is a track with rift after rift of lyrical genius coupled with complex beats and fresh music.
