| We originally formed in the summer of 2001. Played around Charlotte and the surrounding area for a couple of years. Then we took a break to finish school at UNCC and do some side projects. Now that school is out of the picture, What the Funk? is back. We have changed a few members but the overall sound of the original band is still there. We intend to be playing shows by middle to late summer. We'll keep you posted. Also, we've posted some video to visually show you why Sam is one wild and crazy guy!
