Contents Under Pressure is used to forewarn we as a consumer, of the risk we incur if the materialwithin is some how mishandled. It's assuming responsibility for your own actions if you don't takethe proper precautions. Hence the up and coming debut album from Jacksonville, Florida's own JuanSingleton, known to those from the 904 (Duval & Clay County) to the 404 (Atlanta, Ga) to area codesfar out of this nation and beyond this continents coasts as F. I. Y. A. BOI. Hailing from all overJacksonvilles north side, like most inner city youth Fiya spent most of his adolescent years exposedto and surrounded by all types of violence, sex, guns, thieves, drugs and overwhelmed by poverty".While this environment will bring many to drop out of school, and enroll into prison, it also can bevery influential for the imagination. In Fiya's case it aided his creativity. "I've always had adeep love for all types of music, including being pretty creative and good with wordplay andmelodies. I just never really thought Id be doing anything that had to do with music(professionally)." But it wasn't until his commitments to the U.S. Army had him relocated to Atlantathat hip-hop looked to be his career of choice. My skills were observed by many and performing at,and winning local talent shows and show cases all over city hot spots, including Club 112, The RoyalPeacock, Club Wax, and J. Pauls, to name a few, caused the audiences to take notice of hisbuzz-worthy skills. On one occasion, early in his career at Atlanta hot spot Club 112, BLAQUENESEManagement C.E.O. Rasheda Jordan (former mngr.) was among the astonished as Fiya won yet anothertalent showcase. I loved his energy, and his performance was that of an already established star.Holistic Entertainment President, Dexter Spencer, who was introduced to the young star by a mutualfriend, shared the same exact thoughts. I invited him over to our pre-production room to freestyleover some tracks my producer Kurt Henry had, and he was spitting over them with such wit, that you'dthink the tracks were created for him. This was merely the beginning, and since then there has beena blazing roller coaster of events and changes in the young artists life that has aided in hisgrowth as a man, a businessman, and an artist. As we all know change can be a good thing, as it waswith F. I. Y. A. (Faith Is Your Answer). With a new team and a new agenda, FiyaBoi, aka JuanSingleton is now the spearhead of a captivating new movement, The Street T. E. A. M. (TrueEntrepreneurs Ambitiously Moving). Where he and Co CEO of Street T.E.A.M. Enterprises, TerranceJacobs, have combined their relentless work ethic and determination to breed a monster sure to raiseeyebrows and open ears all over the southeast region AND the world. Which brings us to date withFiyaBoi & The Street T.E.A.M.s CRAZY- hot, new smash hit single "(She's a) Bobble Head", which hasdefinitely been rumbling the underground scene and the dance floors above it since the first timeStreet TEAMers, FiyaBoi, MR a.k.a. Vell from the ATL, and Fuzion ever exposed the banger to crowdsof the now popular Bankhead night spot, The Poole Palace, in early 2005(Not to be confused withlater spin-offs of the concept). Crazy is the only word that describes the bitter sweet exposure ofThe Street T.E.A.M. camps hot new single that was never really meant to be a single. But judging offof crowd response and reaction DJ T Roc definitely had a new one for his rotation and his new PoolePalace mix tape, which almost dropped at a bad time for the Street T.E.A.M. as 2 out of the 3rappers on the hot track were incarcerated in the spring of 2005. By this time The Poole Palace wasresponsible for birthing an explosion of hot new talent. Among them were captivating groups andartists such as: FiyaBoi & The Street T.E.A.M., B.R.C., Chalay, Da Great Yola, ATM, BHI, DemFranchise Boyz, and D4L, with producers such as K-Rab (of BHI), and Wynn (of ATM), emerging to leadthe new snap rap craze. And even though (due to human error on free mp3 sharing and download sites)most of the world had (She's a) Bobble Head mistaken as a D4L song (though the groups share nosimilarities), FiyaBoi & the Street T.E.A.M. are very adamant about NOT being categorized orengulfed by the Snap Rap fad or trend. They say that in a way the time away as a blessing indisguise, and they would rather have the new style of music looked at as one of the manyinspirations in a wide arsenal of ingeniously gripping, new music to come from FiyaBoi & The StreetT.E.A.M. Now with readjusted sights, a brigade of ready troops, and an explosive arsenal of newconcepts and lyrical weaponry, this former US Army Sergeant is sure to rob your Attention. Withmarkets such as Atlanta, Memphis, Chattanooga, up to North Carolina, and all the way to CentralTexas and back down to Duval already starting to feel the heat, we can all say that the contents areat their peak and about to ignite.
