| Summer 2004, Dan Well arises out of the ashes of former bands and killing time-projects.
Upcoming days were hot, sweaty and dark, but they cleaned air by recording the shit that felt the best.Guitarist/singer Jason and drummer/bassplayer Deed decided to write songs they couldn't blend in former projects. After the release of the mini cd “Rockstar Darkside” and working with diverse bassplayers the duo decided to find another drummer and put the responsibility of the bass into Deed’s hands. In their searching, the duo in 2005 teamed up with drummer Davit and within this they found the definitive line-up.In that same year the trio did some promo shows but were spending most of their time recording in the studio. After the trio’s willingness to experiment with drastic stylistic changes, 2006 became the year of the more simplified song structures. Resulting in their new EP that will see the light at the end of this year.By this time Dan Well is preparing its live set and this will be followed by a string of dates in the Benelux (extended live shows).Live, Dan Well shows a much mature band that has evolved and has become very different.
Dan Well is refusing the pattern established by the typical Dutch models, and mark their own path, never denying their heritage and always expressing their own individuality as a band!
