It is done by laying on of hands. I am attuned to a few types --- Usui Shiki Ryoho & Tibetan Reiki *master*, Kundalini Reiki, & Dolphin Trilogy Reiki. I am interested in learning different energy healing techniques. I Will trade Reiki/Chakra balancing for other forms of energy healing and/or cool stuff. Hook me up!!! I also do chakra work with vibration/sound. I use ketchwellness tuning forks. "The tuning forks generate the seven planetary audio frequencies of the 7 Chakras and the newly discovered 8th Chakra, also known as the Transpersonal, Soul Purpose, and Soul Star.
