As the band now excists since 2004, and in this formation since August 2005, they can look back on a succesful past: •Local winner of the Local-Heroes Festival in 2004 •Winner Bandnet Award 2005 •Attended the Emergenza-Finals and became 3rd.... •Public-Winner of the band-contest New Sensation of FFN •Winner of the German-Final of Global Battle of the Bands 2006 •Member at the World Final of the Global Battle of the Bands at the Astroia Theatre in London. •Television appearances at the local TV station in Duisburg "Studio 47" and at the movie "Der rote Punkt" •In summer 2007 they went on a tour through Germany. •On july, the 21st they published their self-produced album on their own label. •In may 2008 the band got on a short tour to the United States. The tour took them through New York and Connecticut. Lyrically Amplify handles with the everyday life-storys, problems in life and of course love.
