Orfeo sur facebook : FACEBOOK Unis comme les sept doigts de la main, les gars d’Orfeo n’arrêteront qu’une fois l’univers soigné par leur ska-reggae-swing-pop-rock anti-dépressif. Sur scène, quatre souffleurs [trompette – trombone - sax alto - sax baryton] déboulent tel un seul homme aux côtés d’un power trio incisif et sans chichis. Orfeo n’a rien à cacher, raison pour laquelle il chante en français ses hymnes anti-classes. Foutoir de poche, le premier album du groupe originaire de Liège, est sorti en octobre 2007. Orfeo a joué plusieurs dizaines de concerts depuis sa création en avril 2004 (Francofolies de Spa, Bel’zik festival, Bucolique Ferrières Festival, Gaume jazz Festival, Eupen Muzik Marathon, Dour Festival, Fêtes de Wallonie, PACrock…) et prépare actuellement l’enregistrement d’un second disque en octobre. [Aussi : Tournées Art et Vie, Tournées scolaires Jeunesses Musicales, Projet Ca Balance (...) 2008] NEDERLANDS Enkel wanneer de wereld zal genezen zijn door hun antidepressieve ska-reggae-swing-pop-rock muziek zullen deze gasten van Orfeo, als echte boezemvrienden, ophouden met muziek te spelen. Plotseling verschijnen vier blazers als één man naast een bijtend trio en dat alles zonder zich druk te maken. Orfeo heeft niets te verbergen. Daarom zingen ze hun strijdliederen in het Frans. Het is de vervulling van een popmirakel. Alleluja ! Deze Luikse groep, opgericht in april 2004, heeft sinds september van hetzelfde jaar al meer dan 130 concerten gegeven (Eupen Musik Marathon, Francofolies van Spa, Dour festival, Waalse feesten, Bucolique Ferrières Festival, Gaume jazz Festival, …). First album, "Foutoir de poche" : october 2007. Second album out at the beginning of 2009. ENGLISH United as the seven fingers of the hand, the guys of Orfeo won’t stop until the universe will have been cured by their anti-depressive ska-reggae-swing-pop-rock. On the stage, four brass (trumpet-trombone-sax alto-sax baritone) burst in as One man by the side of an incisive power trio without any fuss. Orfeo has nothing to hide that’s why it sings in French its anti-class hymns. It is suitable for the general public. (it’s for everybody) It is the fulfilment of the pop miracle. Hallelujah!
