Hmmmm, I am a mother, wife, daughter, sister, aunt, friend of many, enemy of a few, protester, hippie, metal-head, wanna-be artist, lover, fighter, peace-maker, housekeeper, fast-driver, shower-singer, picture-taker, problem-solver, garden-grower, bad-joke-teller, open-minded, stuborn-ass, good-time-havin' woman! I love my life. My family rocks. I have a wonderful, hard working, sexy husband. We have been together over 10 years and married almost 1! We have 3 beautiful, awesome, as close to perfect as you can be little girls who make my life bright! Deidra is hard core & can do ANYTHING. Maggie Rae cracks my ass up EVERYDAY. I love how her brain works. Sophia changes so much, and it is AMAZING to watch my baby grow. I have a step-daughter in Oklahoma whom I love and miss very much.(You sure are turning into a beautiful young lady)I am also very fond of my pets. I have some really great parents & friends. I have the best sister in the whole wide world. Our home is filled w/great tunes, good food, and lots of laughter. We are a very close family who stands up for what we believe in. Things that bother me are: first and foremost, UNFINISHED BUSINESS, people jacking w/my peeps(so quit it!), people who dont believe in global warming(WAKE UP),copy-cats;),bad parents(to humans&animals), bad intentions, racism(we are not our ancestors, we are ALL people, lets live in the NOW), bored cops, our judical system, hell, our government in general(doesnt it say somewhere that the people need to overthrow it when it gets to corrupt?),people who think if you dont support the war you dont support the troops(so untrue), and religious extreemist who can see no way but their own, open your eyes! Who told you that YOU are right? I count on karma, and believe LOVE can fix most everything, except gas prices. If you know me, you know me. If you used to, not much has changed but at the same time, alot has changed, if you know what I mean....When I am an old woman, and I tell my grandchildren my life story, it will be a weird & wonderful & magical one. Life has taken me down many bumpy roads & I am sure there are many more ahead, but it has also treated me pretty good, so far. I am alive and I'm free, that should be enough, shouldn't it. Music:Love it, need it, life would be a sad place w/out it. There is more to music, than just music(does that make sense?) You can tell something about people by the music they listen to. So here's some about me! I cant live without PANTERA, Clutch, Tori Amos, Bob Marley, and The Legend Big John Cash. But thats just what I cant live w/ out. I love pretty much all music except that new age christian raido crap. Anything METAL makes me feel like a kid again. 80's hair bands rock my sox off. Beautiful songs & classical pieces make me cry. Real"old school"country rules. Not big on rap, but I do love some Jay Z & 2Pac. I love every single song on this list...(the last 3 are for my sister!)AND HEY YOU GIRLFRIENDS!!! Trouble is dedicated to you, all the women in my life that have "saved" me many a time! |

Movies:Love them. When u have 3 kids, movies are our "dates". We put the girls to bed, & hang out on the couch, & there you go. My list of fav's is sooo long, I look like a total dork writing them all down but I'll try! I love documentaries,funny stuff,scary stuff,old movies,all the classics,disney movies w/my girls,espcially the old ones. Television:Sopranos is over!!! What ever will I do?(best show ever in the history of the world was sopranos. love me some tony!) I do like the shows on HBO, but will not pay for cable(yea! netflix!), so we rent them and watch them all at one time. WEEDS, DEXTER, BIG LOVE, DEADWOOD. I love to watch stuff on PBS. Used to watch Montel when Sylvia was on:( Yah, I'll admitt, I watch Dr. Phill, he makes me feel more normal with all those freaks on there!Same for supernanny and wife swap. Wheel of Fortune(i am the queen of wheel of fortune...) Jepordy, if I'm up I'll watch SNL. Sometimes watch the CSI's. Reno 911, Chapell Show, I love shows like 20/20, 60minutes, dateline, BBC world news, etc. But I avoid watching the "real" news. Too much negativity just makes me sad.MyHotComments |

Books:I love to read anything that makes me smarter, makes me laugh, or freaks me out. I have way to many books, but how do you get rid of books? They are stacked everywhere in my house. Anything from the Sweet Potatoe Queens,STEVEN KING is my FAVORITE,H. P. Lovecraft, Dean Koontz,Shel Silverstine,Kinky Friedman(for president!).The Secret,Moon Women, The Book of Dreams, Oh the Places you Will Go, When Will Jesus Bring the Pork Chops(REST IN PEACE GEORGE CARLIN), National Geographic,(I know its not a book, but I read them religously). A childrens book my mom gave me called "I Love u as Much..." I read it to my girls as much as I can & cry everytime(its a mom thing). What to Expect the First Year is a regular,you'd think I'd have it figured out by now, but all my girls are different. I have to read my horoscope everyday or it bothers me.(CANCERS RULE) Silly, I know.MyHotComments I love photography books. I like to read cook books & learn cool new stuff to cook. I read almost anything my mom gives me to read. I read alot of what Oprah says. She is usually right about books. I am currently reading A New Earth, and I think it is great. |
