The idea of the moving and transforming project is that MANUAL PRODUCTIONS is an alternative art space that consists of a research and development lab as well as an exhibition space for emerging artists, including, but not limited to visual artists, performers, fashion designers, and musicians. As a venue for contemporary and innovative work, MANUAL PRODUCTIONS organizes events and presents them to the largest possible audiences. This type of social center is a vital and invigorating element of culture, which adds the sense of a collective environment that is essential to young creative individuals. In bringing together artists from across this nation and others, MANUAL PRODUCTIONS introduces them to a space within which they can interact with each other as well as the physical and creative space provided to them by MANUAL, which in turn determines the nature of the work exhibited. | |
I'd like to meet:so, i just went through hell with all of chicagoland photolabs. all day. trying to transform digital images into slides, only a handful can even do it. all of them charge a zillion dollars, and i got laughed at for wanting it today. i found a place in albuquerque who is cheap and good and absolutely easy to deal with: www.gammatech.com they are 1/8 the price of any local place. and their standard turnaround is sameday! |
