| The south may not be ready for this one…The industry may not even be ready for this one…As a matter of fact, all the self-proclaimed kings may have to put up a mean fight before giving up their crowns, sharing a royal court or being dethroned. Whatever the case may be, Ki-2’s goals are clear - He wants his share of the crown and has no intentions of taking no for an answer.When life takes on the true meaning of survival of the fittest, and “by any means necessary” becomes a way of life for you, lyrics are no longer written rhetorically; they become bone fide testimony. This is true for the College Park native Ki-2 whose rhymes rival the greatest and his “LISTEN” attitude commands the attention of those who are any where within ear shot. Proud of his country deliveries, this Hip Hop artist clearly respects those from coast to coast who share the craft. When asked when he knew this was his career path, Ki-2 references the death of Tupac whom he believes displayed to the world all sides: the good, the bad, and the ugly. Realizing that his life has mirrored all of that and then some, Ki-2 was inspired to put pen to paper and its’ been his resume ever since.Now, many rappers have come after Tupac, but none have measured up to the emotionally charged rhapsodies of his caliber.
