| Mmmmm....where shall I start. I'm originally from the mother-land, South Africa, but moved to Texas when I was still in school, and so pretty much spent my teens in the Lone Star State. That was fine for a while, but realized it was not the place for me.... so I travelled a bit, Europe, Asia, Pacific and Africa, and settled in North Queensland, Australia in the beginning of 2004 to finish my degree in marine biology. Time goes by so fast, I just finished my degree at the end of 2006 and currently work for JCU's marine biology research dept. I'm still dating Jordan, my boyfriend of 5 years, who is here in Australia with me. I'm still really laid back and open minded... love talking about current global political, environmental and humanitarian issues (a bit of a nerd :) Still love to paint, sketch and take pictures... hike, dive, surf, travel and skate. My fave quote by Mr. Johnson. "Cars, phones and Diamond Rings, those are only removable things. What about your mind, does it shine?" |
