| That I have a page here at all comes as a real surprise to me. In fact the idea would never have occured to me if not at the urging of a Voltaire fan (you know who you are ;)). So, here we are.From time to time I'll be posting events of concerts/ shows that I'm playing, music I really like, and the occasional comment on things that really piss me off –– and since this is a work in progress, changes will be incremental, so please bear with me. Books:Rarely get time to read these days. Currently working on "Team of Rivals" which is about Abraham Lincoln's politcal cabinet. Barbara Tuchman's "A Distant Mirror" also bears special mention, as do "Lord of the Rings", "Gödel, Escher, Bach" … there are more, but I'm blanking on the titles. |
