.....Jersey's Premier Promoters of Music..... Positiv & Theory are sister companies that help bring quality artists to the beautiful Island of Jersey in the Channel Islands!! Positiv organise & promote live music events in Jersey such as The Jerseylive Festival, Fort Regent live events & smaller live club events around the Island. Theory are the longest running dance music promoters in the Channel islands and promte the biggest dance music events such as THEORYOffshore at Elizabeth Castle, down to the smaller, more intimate club events such as FUSSION, Groove Box & Reminisce. FUSSION is the monthly flag ship event that is held at The Watersplash in St Ouens Bay. The music policy is alternative and has seen guest djs such Leftfield, Orbital, Leeroy Thornhill, Plump Djs, Stanton Warriors, Jon Carter, Freestylers, Andy Smith, Dj Yoda, Scratch Perverts to name a few and is seen as the night that puts Jersey on the map in the eyes of the guest djs. GROOVE BOX is the monthly event in St Helier held at Platinum which plays hosts to the more well known Djs such as Tall Paul, Fergie, Lottie, Yousef etc. This is the big club gig in St Helier. REMINISCE is the longest running most consistent club event in Jersey and is dedicated to playing all the early house classics thatstarted the dance music movement in the UK way back in '88. This is a real feel good event and is dominated with a female audience. Over the years, between both companies, Jersey has seen artists such as Ian Brown, Razorlight, Snow Patrol, The Zutons, Editors, Kasabian, The Futureheads, Art Brut, The Subways, Zane Lowe, The Blue Tones, etc with dance acts such as 2manydjs, Erol Alkan, Scratch Perverts, Jon Carter, Plump Djs, Glimmers, Whitey, Stanton Warriors, Dj Yoda, Sasha, John Digweed, Carl Cox, Layo & Bushwacka, LTJ Bukem, Leftfield, Ivan Smagghe to name a few!! 2007 looks set to be the biggest yet with plans to stage 2 TheoryOffshore Castle events, 2 stages at Jerseylive, more dates added to the monthly FUSSION & GROOVE BOX Club events as well as some dates in Bournemouth & Guernsey!!
