| Of the three bands sharing this studio, the award for most garbage left, most disrespect goes to UNBALANCED. Now I really Appreciate you fellas paying your rent in advance. That was cool. Just pick up after yourselves a little more. Is it that hard?? Were all "adults". This is not a tree-fort or personal clubhouse. This is a studio shared with other people. It smells bad & there is a rodent problem. SO PLEASE - pick your S**t up after rehersal. Fast food wrappers, BEER CANS, etc. I'm sorry I have to resort to leaving notes.
