I love beer & southern comfort (probably a bit too much) ;} I miss England every now and then , especially the pubs and pub grub and hoyin a few darts wi the lads. I love and miss my mum and Dad...a lot. Movies:All Mafia movies.Any decent comedy. . Rock movies.... Spinal tap(musicians bible) The Kids Are Alright The Who Rockstar The Doors w/Val Kilmer WARNING !!!! ... VERY VERY NAUGHTY LANGUAGE ! Don't say I didn't warn you !!! Monty Python Rhubarb A 60's film from England called 'Rhubarb' where the only word spoken in the film is rhubarb but it is used in different context, it's amazingly funny. Stars Harry Secombe, Rhubarb2 This has nowt to do with the film, but it's funny anyway. It's a drunk geordie calling for information. ' The Carry on' films from England in the 60's. Austin Powers films Guilty pleasures/ favourite movies as a kid: Mary Poppins, Willy Wonka (the old one) Chitty chitty bang bang, jungle book. Others: FARGO ,Raiders of the lost ark + sequels, When Harry met Sally ,Bruce Lee films. Sad confession: I haven't been to a movie theatre since ET in 82ish !!! The home theatre and the beer fridge is much less quieter and cheaper + I can go take a pee anytime I want and not miss anything ;) |

Books:I'm a newspaper & internet reader more than anything, books are not my cup of tea.I prefer to think of my brain being one big never ending book,with the storyline constantly changing and full of twists n turns. It's been an interesting read so far, can't wait to read the next chapter. |

Heroes:Musical ones.(more of a mentor rather than "heroes" )Paul Rodgers Freddie Mercury Dio As for 'real' heroes , I'd have to say anybody in the military and fireman police etc. All the rescuers and behind the scene workers from 911 are big time heroes. The concert for new york city with 'The Who' and others was a tearjerker and made me feel proud of all those people there. My true true hero was my Dad who never did anything wrong..ever, and I mean nothing ! I'm not my dad, but he's in there somewhere. |
