Glen & Kelsey began their careers in the body piercing industry in 1992 in the Phoenix area. In 1998, after having pierced thousands of college students and locals, they decided to open their own studio. Halo of Tucson was successfully up and running by the end of April that year, with Halo of Phoenix opening a mere one week later.

Since first opening their doors, Glen and Kelsey have prided themselves on having the best piercers, the most educated/helpful counter assistants, and the widest selection of jewelry in Arizona. All Halo piercers are members of the Association of Professional Piercers. Piercers use only sterile, single-use needles, and all jewelry is sterilized prior to being installed. All Autoclaves are spore tested weekly to insure proper sterilization. In order to assure that Health, Safety, and Cleanliness remain our top priorities, all Halo employees receive annual First Aid instruction and OSHA Blood borne Pathogen training.

With the largest selection of 316LVM implant-grade stainless steel & TI6AL4V Titanium jewelry (all of which is internally threaded!) and a variety of custom Platinum, Palladium, and solid white & yellow Gold jewelry with precious(sourced from non-conflict countries) and semi-precious gems, all customers are sure to find exactly what they want at Halo.

Over the years, Glen and Kelsey have put a great amount of energy into developing their collection of custom ear pieces. From 18 gauge Amber and Garnet earrings perfect for Mom, to 3” hand-carved ebony eyelets, Halo offers something for everyone. Customers will find an assortment of hand crafted spirals, ear weights, plugs, and so much more, made from just about anything you can imagine: i.e. Jade, Hematite, Amber, Water Buffalo bone and horn, Ebony, Lignite, Blood Wood, Mother of Pearl, Silver, Stainless Steel, and Fossilized Dinosaur Bone. At Halo, we can assure you that none of our organic jewelry is made from endangered plants or animals. We support not only local artists but artists from all over the world as well, and are always looking for unique and exciting jewelry to sell.

For those clients who are not necessarily interested in body piercing for themselves, we carry an assortment of earrings, necklaces, bracelets, rings, and jewelry boxes.
