What is EMI Music Publishing? EMI Music Publishing is the largest music publishing company in the world. We have offices in over 30 countries and own the largest catalogue of songs in the world. The company has won and continues to win more industry accolades and publisher of the year awards than any other music publisher. When is the right time for me to sign a publishing deal? It's different for everyone but if you are unsigned we can help you with demos, shop a deal, get a van etc. If you have a record deal we work with you to find placement opportunities (movies, tv, video games, ringtones), help at radio, and collect your royalties. What are ASCAP and BMI? ASCAP and BMI are performing rights organizations.
