About Me |

Decomposed God aims to promote the destruction of sacred icons through their dangerous and extreme music. Formed in 1991, they're currently one of the most traditional bands of the powerful Brazilian Death Metal scene, sharing the stage with bands of world-wide success like Sepultura, Krisiun, Incantation and Iconoclasm. Decomposed God helped building the history of extreme brazilian metal. In 1992 they released their first demo tape, Key Of Immortality, and, in 1994, Dawn Of Celestial Shadows, a demo tape that defined the extreme way of making music that the band would develop in the upcoming years. In september 2000, with the album The Last Prayer, they received excellent reviews of several specialized publications around the world, naming Decomposed God as one of the greatest names of Brazilian Death Metal. Currently the band is working on their next studio album and will announce brutal new features soon. Stay Decomposed! |
