| Welcome to Our Label Records! Founded in 2005 and established with the first (and quickly sold out) first release "Give Me A Minute" by our friends The New Mastersounds from Leeds. Distributed by Unique Records from Duesseldorf and Groove Attack from Cologne our 45s can be found in stores all over the planet. Gu from the Urban Jazz Groove (Bremen, Germany) and his brother Tom were easily enthused by visting the Legendary Deep Funk at Madame Jojo's in London, England over and over again as Tom was living in London the past years. Gu's friendship with Keb Darge helped him find his spot in the Funk world, as Keb made him the first German DJ to ever play at the Legendary Deep Funk in 2004, and has been a great support eversince. It is him and people like Jazzman Gerald, Eddie and Simon of The New Mastersounds, The Sweet Vandals and Henry Storch who make Gu keep pushing funky and soulful sounds. Now Our Label Records made the connection with Japan's incredible Funk-outfit Osaka Monaurail. Again, the efforts to make things happen were met with great enhusiasm.
