About Me
... I love my family, and my dog is pretty much amazing. "Modesty is LOST on Fools..." best quote ever.. Okay, anyways! Well, the name's Kari Anne; my friends call me Hirshey. I'm German, a dual citizen; Canadian and U.S. - a Gemini, 5'6'', 130 lbs - I'm a small chica, but I got some punch to me. I grew up in a Christian household, and have a very strong bond with my parents and sister. WELL... this summer, I was an initial attack wildland fire fighter, AND in my spare time worked as a lifeguard... does life get any better?! Also... I love gettin' down and dirty! (sorry, not like that boys!) I hunt (coyotes, deer, tryin' for moose, cougar, grouse...) fish, camp, hike, bike, swim, play soccer (varsity 4 year, captain, first team all league), softball (varsity 4 years first team all league, and team captain) volleyball, basketball, baseball, rock climb... etc. I just love bein' outdoors. But I do clean up decently when the time calls, and I know how to be a lady, too. I love to dance, sing (performed once, never again... lol!) I LOVE photography: being on both ends of the lens makes me incredibly happy... doing some modeling over in Seattle this Fall... :) I write poetry (Whos Who Among American Poets, published, formal lyricist for a band in the UK,member of the American Poets Society) draw, paint.. etc. I'm no ditz, either. With a 4.0 GPA (until this last year) and a wit as quick as your attention span, you can be sure I'm always on top of things. I've always been "one of the boys", and an open ear. I'm not the party type, though I'll carry your drunken arse anywhere if you're a friend. I thrive on respect, trust, love, and mutual understanding. If you can do that, I'm all yours. Commitment is hard to come by these days. So if you want it, boys... you BEST take care if it, damnit! :-P ... I go to UW... GO HUSKIES!
My Interests
Anything and everything outdoors. I love my summer job as a lifeguard part time, and a fire fighter full time. I love reading, singing, writing, poetry, soccer, softball, basketball, football, hunting, fishing, camping, hiking, biking, dancing, singing, goofing off... randomness. music.
