| Hello and welcome~ We are so glad you dropped in! Most people on this planet would like their children to have an education, to eat and be nourished, to have healthcare and to have a better life then the previous generation. This is the tribe we reach out and connect to. The one that supports the continuation of elevating the next generation and helping them recognize all they are capable of brining into reality. This year we meet in Ireland to begin the launch of the Young Leaders Global Summit and the Global Concerts for Peace. The Mimi Burns Band are working with musicians and artisans from around the planet who recognize the importance of being an artist and the impact each of us have on coming together to support the efforts of people making a difference through action. In doing so the, 'lighthouse project', puts on large benefit concerts throughout the globe. It brings to light local and community based sites from people who are reaching out to the younger generation. Through large concerts, global networking via the World Trust Foundation and an audience of over 50 million youth beginning September of 2008 we will be supporting these 'lighthouses' as they reach out to the young leaders. Artisans will work through grants, sponsorships and donations, to be able to put on concerts for peace and highlight these lighthouses. In doing so, they are able to influence the development of the young leaders and their leadership skills to transform the world into a place of light. Sometimes it is up to people like you and I to have the vision that we really can achieve a higher level of peace because we are all citizens of this planet.
