| CHECK OUT MY PODCASTS HERE -http://dj_jason_barry.podomatic.com/Starting his own word of mouth event back in 2003, called JJJ, was where Jason got to spin for a mixed crowd on a regular basis at various venue's including the Burdekin, Deck Bar and The Flinders.In 2005, he played for P+ P @ the infamous Princess' and Pornstars party. 2006, Jason was recruited as resident at DCM for a sunday evening recovery. Shortly after he was booked to play Slide 54 - the now infamous annual event. Next up was residency at Desperate Houseboy with Johan Khoury. Since June 2006, Jason has spun at over 13 DHB events @ SLIDE including the post mardi gras DHB - 2008 featuring Paul Heron.In April 2007, Fag Tag booked Jason at the 'White Horse' event and again for Fag Tag's 2nd Birthday bash at The Argyle, playing back to back with Terry Vietheer. Another residency was locked in at the Bank Hotel - Newtown. Jason was again cranking up the tunes at the Burdekin for Princess's and Pornstars along with Halloween Whores.In 2008, Jason has been busy with the Bank Hotel, Fag Tag in January and again in the Velvet Lounge for their heaving 'post fair day' event. Over the Mardi Gras season he played alongside Wayne G at the Midnight Shift. On the same night he also played at FAG TAG'S 'Young Guns' event @ the Oxford Art Factory.Since June 2008, Jason has taken on residency at the Trademark Hotel for Kate Monroe and Alex Taylor's funky sunday event 'GAZE' and is very excited to be on board for the new HUNK event at the Midnight Shift and playing the house arena with Kate Monroe for this years SUMMER GAY DAY event in late November. | |
