Epic is authored by Lee Stephen, a Louisiana native, who holds a bachelor's degree of Communications from Louisiana College in Pineville. In addition to a background in real estate, education, and the movie industry, Lee has also worked for the Department of Emergency Preparedness in St. Charles Parish, Louisiana, where he experienced Hurricane Katrina firsthand in 2005.
