The Dutch band Emotional Elvis brings (not only on their albums but also stage) a strange but poppy style of their version of how popmusic should sound like..... The latest release of the band is the 'The Johnny Dusbaba EP' (2008), named after a famous Dutch soccer player of the 70's. Previously Emotional Elvis released three full length CDs, ‘The Way the Morning Broke Was Quite Unusual’ (2003), ‘The Last of the Famous International Playboys’ (2005) and 'Sounds like music' (2007). The band released several singles and music videos as well. The clip of the single, ‘HipHop/Breakdance’, was shown on MTV. Emotional Elvis performed at major Dutch venues and festivals. The band can also regularly be heard on several national radio stations, including the Dutch station 3FM and the Belgian station Studio Brussels.
