| "Upon hearing of a band performing under the moniker "Dearest Death," one might be inclined to imagine that the music would be that of a group bent on suicide, ready to hit the auto-destruct button before even getting off the ground. Yet such an assumption would only reveal a level of ignorance of the band’s point of view. Fortunately, listening to even just one the the myriad songs the band has already created will put such assumptions to rest, for while the music is certainly dark, brooding, and moody, it is clearly the work of a group of artists that have no intention of ever giving up or giving in.
