THE OWENS "The Owens" er klar for release av sitt andre album "Swim for the trees", utgitt av Your Favourite Music. Siden debuten, som høstet mange mange fine kritikker fra norsk musikkpresse, har bandet rukket A-liste plasseringer på P1 og P3 med låten «Guarding this Cave», en liten turné og studioarbeid med årets utgivelse. . SWIM FOR THE TREES «Swim for the Trees» er bandets etterlengtede oppfølger og lanseres med fynd og klem allerede i april 2009. Albumet inneholder flere potensielle singler med låter som hyperromantiske "The Piano" og tittelsporet "Swim for the trees". Ellers er låtmaterialet fremdeles svært "The Owensk" med harmoniøs flyt mellom pop og melankoli.
