| TWA Biography
After working with different bands like Danny Dodge, Bombalacran, Munn and Orbita Cascabel, Daniel Jones decided to create Two Way Analog. The Idea was to materialize some songs that were on standby for a few years.
In February 2005, D. Jones decided to home-record 11 of those songs. In this recording, Mauricio Chamie played percussion, the rest was recorded by D. Jones.
By June the final mix was ready and was mastered by Daniel Carvajalino, who got interested in the project and played drums, dragging along Bass player Luis Fernando Garcia and Acoustic Guitarist Eduardo Rodriguez. Alessandra Osejo and Daniela Sanjines helped with backing vocals on live performances,
In 2006 the album was finally edited. with the help of Thomas Rueda (ex-bass player of Two Way Analog, Orbita Cascabel and Catedral), who invested his effort and money in the release of Two Way Analog’s Debut album "Music & Songs For The Road".
In 2007 TWA some changes have been made in the band. Andres Lopez “Guguillo” (also ex-Danny Dodge, Bombalacran and Orbita Cascabel) came back to replace drummer Daniel Carvajalino. Katrina Ellison, enter on keyboards and backing vocals. Ex-drummer D. Carvajalino, and Jose Delgadillo “Joselito”, are in charge of sound engineering for TWA.
Two Way Analog is planning to make a second album in 2008, this time recording in block by the whole band with few overdubs if possible. Re-editing some songs from “Music & Songs for the Road” and also new songs.
The CD is available almost nowhere, for now! but we hope it will be in stores soon! ...................................................Después de trabajar con bandas como Danny Dodge, Bombalacran, Munn and Orbita Cascabel; Daniel Jones decidio crear Two Way Analog. La idea era materializar algunas canciones que estaban a la espera por algunos años.
En Febrero de 2005 D. Jones decide grabar 11 de esas canciones. En esta grabación Mauricio Chamie grabo la percusión, el resto de los instrumentos fueron grabados por D. Jones.
Para Junio la mezcla final estaba lista y fue masterizada por Daniel Carvajalino quien se intereso en el proyecto y se unió para tocar batería, junto con Luis Fernando Garcia en el bajo y Eduardo Rodriguez en la guitarra acustica; mas tarde Alessandra Osejo y Daniela Sanjines colaboraron en los coros.
En el 2006 el album debut "Music & Songs For The Road" fué editado, gracias a la colaboración de Tomas Rueda (ex bajista de TWA, Orbita Cascabel y Catedral), quien invirtió su esfuerzo y plata en la edición del disco.
En el 2007 TWA ha tenido algunos cambios; Andrés Lopez “Guguillo” (ex Danny Dodge, Bombalacran y Orbita Cascabel…), volvió para remplazar en la batería a D. Carvajalino. Katrina Ellison entro para hacer teclados y coros. D. Carvajilno, exbaterista de TWA, junto con Jose Delgadillo, están a cargo de la ingeniería de sonido de la banda.
El CD no se encuentra casi en ninguna discotienda, pero esperamos que pronto este en todos lados!
