| Besides my regular jobs, I have always worked as a freelance journalist/photographer. In the past, I wrote articles, reviews, and even some books about motor-racing, music, and movies. These days, I am still doing it as a side job writing about and (mostly) taking pictures of cities and their architecture. Most recently, I have also started to take pictures at motor-racing events again.I have a few websites where you can find these pictures. Movies:I used to work as a manager in a big cinema and back then I watched a whole lot of movies. I don't work there anymore, and don't watch that many movies anymore, but my favorite movies are: Once Were Warriors, What's Eating Gilbert Grape, Arlington Road, Window To Paris, The Big Lebowski, to name but a few. |

Television:I don't watch TV very often (only live motor-racing), but some favorites from the past are Hill Street Blues, Law & Order, 3rd Rock From the Sun, The King of Queens. |

Heroes:These days, I don't have any real heroes anymore. But heroes from the past (that in some way or the other are still heroes to me) are Gilles Villeneuve, Eric Carmen, Curt Boettcher, and my mother, who died too young. |
