| My Stand-Up is conversational, a little quirky and very much driven by my point of view. I want my comedy to feel like you're listening to some classic "A Tribe Called Quest" while enjoying a fun-sized Snicker bar you got "trick or treating"! The comedy game these days seems to be more about how hard you sell yourself; instead of creating something that's actually worth selling! I strive to offer something SPECIAL. When I first started doing comedy I just wanted to be FUNNY. Over time, I decided to be FUNNY MY WAY. There's a big difference! I'm not interested in doing the same tired stuff everybody else is doing! Some have described my comedy as being "SMART". Maybe it is? I think it just comes out that way! I don't go into it thinking, "Today I'm going to write a really clever joke! I want to make you laugh first...and if I can get you to THINK on top of that...then it's fun and poppin! Above all, I stay true to "My Thing". If you like how I get down...Enjoy the Show...if not, I can't help you if you ain't ready for the GOOD SHIT! | |
