obsessive obsessive obsessive- the deep dark green sea, deep sea critters(well just about anything submarine), cephalopods: octopus, squid, cuttlefish, the nautilus, sonar, tide pools, shipwrecks, victorian deep sea divers send me, captain nemo, lighthouses, giant oyster and clam shells, albatrosses, cormorants, murres, guillemots, gannets, giant schools of jellyfish, sea fans, seaweed, schools of hammerheads, crustaceans, urchins, sea shores, rocky cliffs, eels, skates and rays, mermaid's purses, poisonous sea slugs, cowries, cockles, chitons, barnacles, sea turtles, flying fish, anemones, kraken, zombies fighting sharks, branches of red coral, pirates, fishermen, oh hell- all seafaring folk, sunken treasure, rum, mermaids, sirens, the titanic and the lusitania, the flying dutchman, shark jaws, anchors, glaciers, penguins, puffins, basket stars, brittle stars, the galapagos, the marianas trench, seahorses, pipefish, leafy sea dragons... .. conjoined twins, entomology, making myself ugly, being mean, bottled specimens, elaborate photo projects, shakin my ass to some tunes, prosthetic limbs, medical antiques, wax body parts, arsenic mummies, specimens encased in blocks of resin, i like to hear things like: "oh! he's got an arm off!" and "well, they were a bit bitey." geishas, big ed's gas farm, electronic voices, fish eye view points, deformities, showers, rust, natural history prints, insomnia, valium, hooves, hay hooks and meat hooks, cold empty bathtubs, eating paint, drooling, breaking hearts, the art of courtship, one eyed jack's, zeppelins, retro-futurism, not wearing pants, fancy shoes, stockings and knee socks, pretty old bits of jewelry and clothes given new life, if i were into sploshing it would be with avacados, french court social politics, ruffed collars, parlour tricks, insane asylums, old crunchy taxidermy, the stanley burns archive, cannibalwear, falling, pinot noir, tiny tiny natural history specimens, dinosaurs, i seem to have a secretary fetish, gingerbread, parks at two a.m. in the company of a beautiful boy and coyotes, kitchen and taco forever, my bed, clean sheets, scissors, photo booths, polaroids, compromising postions, masala dosa, vikings, my dog, rabbits and hares, reinvention, pretty cakes, burning bridges, the delicious skills of eugenio recuenco, becoming an eccentric recluse, and of course- federal bureau of investigation special agent dale cooper |
