I'm the lead singer of a band called The Other Half. We roam around Ontario rehearsing, recording in the studio, writing songs, crashing parties, crashing cars, all the while narrowly avoiding being arrested, pretty much on a weekly basis. I'm living the life right now surrounded by great and positive people. Still working towards the kind of future I want while not acting like a jaded *sshole who thinks they have seen it all. I don't take anyone for granted anymore. I have grown up quite a bit in the past couple of years, fortunately, and I couldn't be happier. Although I have grown up a lot lately I still like to have fun and get drunk with friends and family. I realize now that I can't please everyone in order to live my life happily.......so I do what I do....no regrets! I spend a lot of time on the net managing the bands numerous sites,we have way too many...lol....but I have fun doing it and it keeps me busy so that my mind and thoughts don't drive me crazy. I have done a few amazingly cool things when it comes to my career in music, I've been lucky enough to perform on stage for thousands of people at a very early age, I have traveled around intensely and I have been on a television show with my family. One day I would like to extend myself into acting and things like that. Although the entertainment business is crappy at times I find myself still drawn into that world and lifestyle. I have an awesome boyfriend who has always been there for me, even through my crappyness. I can be pretty bitchy at times, but what girl hasn't? My BF and I actually play in the same band together which is a challenge in itself. I'm not going to sit here and pretend like I'm this perfect angel, far from it actually but all and all I'm happy with who I am. | Right now Im interested in exploring my life and having a good time.
I believe in hard work and doing what you feel is best from the hard rather than from your head, while Im not someone who turns away from logic, the feeling of going with your gut always keeps me satisfied. I love to go to kareoke bars in downtown Toronto and walk around after the night is done. I never used to do a whole lot of walking, I was so lazy but now I can appreciate things in a way different way. I'm also the kind of person who has to know what is happening at all times it seems, I'm sure a lot of people can agree with me when I say that. I don't believe in hiding your true self just because society demands that of you. I also love to go dancing, and laying in the sun because that what Floridians love as far as I know! |

I'd like to meet:I want to meet anyone who has in some way or another had a screwed up life....so I guess that means anyone willing to talk and open themselves up, I am always here, I am always around. You dont have to have your life in perfect order to societies standard all you have to have is a way to make life work for you. I want to meet people who aren't over confident about themselves. I am generally a very shy person and that can often be taken as bitchy or rude which I am totally not. In the past 2 and a half years I have met people who love to laugh and joke about everything and who are extremely sarcastic, I wasnt sure if I could ever catch on to this but I think I am getting there. I am meeting new people all of the time, the only thing you can do is learn a little something from everyone and never hate anything or anyone. |
