| Afraid Of Myself comienza su andadura hace 4 anos cuando Victor y Salvo deciden montar un grupo junto a Fabio y su queridisimo Elvis(actualmente "manager"...) Pero es en el verano del 2003, con la incorporacion de Diego a la bateria, cuando de verdad comienzan su aventura. El grupo sufre una restructuracion a partir de ese momento, quedandose 3 miembros en la formacion y pasando Salvo a tocar el bajo. Es aqui cuando empiezan a componer canciones influenciados por bandas como: Venerea, Rise Against, Strike Anywhere... En Abril del 2005 dan su primer concierto en arrebato de la mano de tresxxx. Desde entonces han hecho unos cuantos conciertos, casi todos en arrebato, con grupos como: Freygolo(Francia), Amulet(Noruega), La Asamblea Internacional Del Fuego(Chile), Gas Drummers(Espana)...En marzo del 2006 graban su primera maqueta "SOUNDS FROM CHAOS" que consta de 8 temas, gracias a la inestimable ayuda de Lucas.
