I am a person just like everybody else. Goes to work, goes to college, goes to sleep, does shit with friends...but I am considered a criminal because I choose under my own power to smoke weed. Whos right is it to say you cant use an all natural medicine to relieve stress, pain, anxiety, or to help you sleep. George Washington smoked marijuana to relieve pain from his decaying teeth, Thomas Jefferson used to cultivate it for personnal use, and guess what, the Declaration of Independence is written on HEMP PAPER! True, inhaling smoke into ones lungs is bad for anyone, but, its still not as bad for you as cigarettes. The information saying that pot is worse for you than cigarettes is if you smoke 20 joints a day, everyday. Really now, if they legalize marijuana it would have to have an age limit just like alcohol and people who choose to smoke marijuana would be responsible with it. And whats with alcohol? Marijuana keeps the peace between people unlike alcohol which can cause severe mood swings and make people want to go on drunken rages. So in closing to this, is marijuana really all that bad?
