About Me
I'm 41 years old (turn 42 on March 27th), live in Cleveland, Ohio, where I work as a clerk at UFCW Local 880 in the Health and Welfare (Insurance) area. I am a lifelong record collector and music buff, with over 2,000 LPs, 6,000 45s, and a few hundred CDs. I also enjoy old TV shows, which I collect on VHS and DVD. I have always considered myself an amateur entertainer. I've been performing at local karaoke bars since the summer of 1991, and I also am an impressionist who does a mean Rodney Dangerfield! I'd like to become a specialist DJ. I collect Northern soul 45s and would love to DJ here (where there really isn't enough of a Mod scene) or anywhere there's a cult soul scene (am willing to travel with discs once I learn to DJ). I understand that there are a lot of Howard Stern fans here. Please feel free to add me to your buddy lists, as I am a fan of Howard's. Would also enjoy chatting with other record collectors (especially anyone into Northern soul/beach music/popcorn, Garage Rock and older country), anyone into older actors/actresses and TV shows, and any football or basketball fans. As stated in my profile, I like to collect records and videos and watch sports on TV. I also like to write (I've contributed to a couple of reference books and written liner notes to a couple of CDs as well).
