| Spitz wrote his first rhyme at the early age of nine.He became serious with Hip Hop on what he liked to call an "extended vacation" of six years in Colorado.Raised in East New York,Brooklyn,it was a tough transition moving to the Midwest.Don’t be fooled thinking Colorado is just mountains and white folks.It was there Spitz became one with the music and used it as his number one tool of expression.He would hit various clubs and perform in local talent shows gaining mass exposure.Spitz was also a guest on 88.5 where he displayed remarkable skill alongside fellow groupmembers,Imperial Unit.While in Colorado, Spitz completed an album with another of his groups, The Troubleshootaz"The Great Controversy", as well as his first solo album"The World’s Last Spin", both produced by L.dot. He was also featured on the mixtapes "Frontrange Bang vol.2". and "The Union Presents The Hall of Fame". After the loss of close friend Stress The Lost One in 1998, Spitz returned to New York joining Younglegendz, a group started by childhood friend E Props.He’s also been working with Jamaica,Queens producer Rob Hard who was responsible for production on Spitz’s second solo release"Since 1978"His latest venture has been with Blaze1entertainment who Spitz is currently working with for his third solo release.In 2006 Spitz emerged as a producer and is now way more than just a rapper.Don’t forget to check his other pages"Beatzbyspitz","Ringtonesbyspitz",and"Spitz(all album snippets)".Interested in obtaining music from Spitz? click on the band website located on this page.Label coming soon.Beware!!!!!! | |
