Television:I hardly watch TV. When i do have time, I enjoy "CSI Miami", "Smallville", and "Charmed." Eventhough "Charmed" is all re-runs now! (hint to friends... Rasy wants the entire series of "Charmed/Smallville" on DVD!) Or most TV shows with Detective stuff. such as "Cold Case Files" Oh! And I love to watch "E!" Lifestyles of the rich and famous is intriguing to me for some reason. =p That about sums it up for television. |

Heroes:My parents! And yes they're still MARRIED! 42 years and counting! They have the type of love story that only WE can dream about. After all they've overcame durring the war and migration in our country, on top of moving to a foreign place to rais a family of 6 kids, they're by far my heroes! Being a young single mother myself, I understand the hardship and tough times parents must go through in order to provide their family with a better life. Eventhough I grew up with everything I could've possibly wanted and needed financially, I know they must have had to make several sacrafices for thier children's needs. Sounds luxurious right? You would've never guessed that i grew up in low income housing (da hood) huh? That's because they made it feel like a palace. And never once did I see my family struggle without food, power or shelter. So starting from scratch, and raising a family of 6 kids in a foreign country, and making it... is more then most accomplish in a lifetime! And for that, my parents are the Heroes of all Heroes. And I love them for it! |
