I'm a Dutch restless native with a touch of gypsy spirit. Apart from my family & friends (obviously) I love nothing more than travelling and music. I don't have the artistic talent to make music myself, but it has been a constant factor throughout my life that has an uncanny power to lift me up & fill me with joy like nothing else - well apart from travelling ;-) I love getting lost (or should that be: lose myself!) in remote places & being absorbed by the powerful awesomeness of nature's display - this is effectively what I call a Natural High ;-) Heaven is not some distant place above, it's right here on earth, and I am thrilled by all it has to offer. I love natural phenomena like solar eclipses, aurorae borealis, and volcanoes. I've lived in Switzerland, Australia and New Zealand, and these places will forever hold a warm spot in my heart. Apart from those, some of my favourite places in the world that have captured my heart are Rapa Nui (Easter Island), Scotland and Iceland. And I have a soft spot for certain sexy accents too! ;-) One thing I've learned from life: Look to the sun and the shadows will fall behind. And follow your heart.
