| MySpace Icons p style="width: 380px; text-align: center;" The BlackNinfea Project - established in 2005. Influenced by Laurie Anderson and Björk, Elisabeth Szwarc cuts her own compositional path. Experimental rhythms and diverse sound collages meet profound lyrics and nonsuch singing. Elisabeth Szwarc performed with improvising artists such as Lawrence Casserley and Jeffrey Morgan. She played together with Glen Hall and other musicians from the AIMT in Canada in the summer of 2007, amongst others at the "Tranzac" and at the "Leftover Daylight Series" in Toronto. As a member of the Electronic Ladiez Network, she appears regularly in the area of Cologne, Germany since 2006. More so, she played live with her improvisational ensemble Klangtreppe in various art galleries in the area of Oberhausen, Ruhrarea, Germany until May 2007 when she felt ready for new artistic challenges. Beeinflusst von Laurie Anderson und Björk, geht Elisabeth Szwarc ihren eigenen kompositorischen Weg. Elisabeth Szwarc spielte als BlackNinfea bisher unter anderem zusammen mit Improvisationsmusikern wie Lawrence Casserley und Jeffrey Morgan. Im Sommer 2007 unternahm sie eine Kanada-Tour im Großraum Toronto mit Glen Hall und anderen Musikern wie John Farah und Christine Duncan aus dem AIMT, u. a. im "Tranzac" und bei der "Leftover Daylight Series". Als Mitglied der Electronic Ladiez.net tritt sie seit 2006 regelmäßig im Kölner Raum auf. Music:Member Since: 2/7/2006Band Website: blackninfea.de Band Members: p style="width: 380px; text-align: center;" Elisabeth Szwarc, born 1982 in Berlin, moved to Vienna in her early years and finally settled down in Neuss, Germany when she was five years old. After finishing high school, she began to study linguistic studies, communication studies/phonetics at the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität in Bonn, Germany. Since 2006, she studies composition at the prestigous Folkwang Hochschule in Essen, Germany. Elisabeth has been singing for 22 years now, her vocal range being five octaves, and she gained vocal experience in different musical regions. Working with electronic music since 2005, she mainly focuses on sound generation, from granular synthesis up to lyrical improvisation. Both her voice and acoustic instruments such as violin, erhu and percussions are integrated into her electronic work.Her studio "Kate" was founded in 2007 Elisabeth Szwarc ist BlackNinfea. Geboren 1982 in Ostberlin, zog sie in frühen Jahren nach Wien und wuchs ab dem fünften Lebensjahr in Neuss auf. Nach dem Abitur begann sie das Studium der Linguistik und Kommunikationsforschung / Phonetik an der Rheinischen Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität zu Bonn. Sie studiert seit 2006 Komposition an der Folkwang Hochschule zu Werden. Elisabeth singt seit ihrem vierten Lebensjahr, ihr Stimmumfang beträgt 5 Oktaven und sie hat gesanglich in verschiedenen Bereichen Erfahrung gesammelt. Seit 2005 im elektronischen Musikbereich tätig, hat sich ihr Schwerpunkt zur Klangerzeugung entwickelt, von der Granularsynthese bis hin zu lyrischer Improvisation. Hierbei bindet sie neben der Stimme auch akustische Instrumente wie Violine, Erhu, sowie Percussions in ihre elektronische Arbeit ein. Mitte 2007 gründete sie ihr Studio "Kate".
