I been into music for as long as i can remember, and being brought up on blues music, rock and soul i have had many genre's of music forced into my musical prefrences from a early age, which is, i think, the reason in which i wanna create all styles of music with no boundies.! I been in and around music for yrs, back in the day i was a drummer in my first band called "Chi" at school, playing tracks from the likes of Metallica, Pantera, Nirvana and Megadeath. I then stumbled across that art of dj'n or as i call it now ' Turntablisum ', Mixing Hardcore and jungle and always wanting to better myself with the inclusion of trying to attempt to scratch. This got me hooked and carried on spinning and working on styles of scratching and basically just trying to develope some sort of different style while i was mixing. From hardcore i went on to start playing abt with hip hop, with seeing the likes of jazzy jeff and craze and of course grandmaster Flash doing there thing i wanted to learn this art of making the turntable a somewot sort of musical instrument, not jus something to spin ya vynal on that. Luckily when i managed to secure a residenticy in various clubs around the southwest. I then got togther a Uk Garage kru, that consisted of my self, J-Spectacular, Slc (AKA Verbal), Tel-Mc, Sense, Drunken Stylee & Taktix and we made up The L.T.K hitting alot of clubs around the south and eventually landed getting up to record some demo's with the Dreem Teem in Tottenham & Hale with Timmi Magik and Lee Majors. This led to some good gigs and i Dj 'd for Rhomina Johnson's ( Artful Dodger "moving to fast") album launch Time Went on and i got myself my own studio set up, and to this day still produce all my music at the end of my garden above my garage getting various artist from around the area to come and lay down vocal's play there instruments and collaberate with myself to develope unique styles of music that range from, R'n'B to Hip hop & garage, Drum and bass and tracks with a experimental lick. " I have no boundries when it comes to music, & i never will, Its what makes me different. Today i run Killabeatz Recordingz with fellow dj Shotz. We are constantly working with artist's and are also looking for male and female artist to work with and collaberate with. Killabeatz involves alot of things including produces such as my self , Shotz and Lyptikal ,who's D'n'B style is slowly be taking notice of by some of the big playa's in the world of Drum and Bass, big dirty bass lines with rolling drums and switchs has Lyptikal's style being his own and unique. I am also part of a 5 piece band with some long term friends and we are called " For The Verdict ", i have one of our tracks on the playa at the top of this page titled "all cutz are on time" and we have included a variation of all of our musical taste's....
