| I am a simple person. I try and make things simple in my life, while I think most people make things more complex. I try and see things as they really are instead of how people want them to be, meaning I try and make things as black and white as possible. In the end you can only go one direction anyway. Most of my time is spent either teaching or training, so I have very little time outside of that. I consider myself lucky in the fact that I do what I enjoy most for a living. Most people hate their jobs, and dread going to work, but, one of my favorite things to do is teach and train. Other than that life is pretty easy, I enjoy spending time with my friends and Max (my dog) and having fun on the weekends. | |

Movies:I like all kinds of movies, depending a lot on what mood I am in, I always enjoy a good comedy or action film. Some of my favorites are Brave Heart, T2, Gladiator, Last Samurai, Big Labowski....on and on. |

Television:Don't watch TV, mostly cause I don't have cable and I am never home, unless it is football season or there is a UFC or Pride FC on TV, then I will go over to a friends house and watch. |

Books:I like to read so, I enjoy all books that are well written. |

Heroes:My biggest hero is my Mother for raising me and my sis on her own, I know I didn't make it easy at times. Alexander the Great, for conquering the whole known world. And Mikyo Riggs for putting me on the right path, and helping me walk the road. |
