| Slit My Wrists or Die Trying was formed in Witte hall, UW-Madison, in 2005 by Travis, Mike, and Cale. After releasing an EP and a ridiculous amount of demos for the full length album that never happened, they became effectively defunct. Former members moved onto Platypus PilotCommunique, Fraitandans Þize Dauþe, Breaking Things To Fix Them, and Love Can't Save You Only My New Powers Can. Now, after two years of talk and speculation, the band is partially reformed and a new album is finally in the works.
